A nursing infant “removed” from its mother’s hands while feeding from her breast. Drops of milk pour down upon him as she cries out. A scream in the empty space inside. A gaze towards heaven. And deception. She holds the nursing infant firm just after the birth (in the delivery room), a look of inner happiness, full of eternity. “And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD.”
